Founder & CEO → Director of AI Solutions
Eight years as founder-CEO in Mexico’s agri-food sector taught me to do a lot with very little. Then I built two complete systems hands-on with LLMs and AI agents — my own company’s platform, and a full product delivered to a client — with no engineering background. I’m looking to lead AI adoption, digital product, or innovation inside a large organization.

Capabilities
Being a founder forced me to master every function before I could delegate it. That gave me something no MBA teaches: I know exactly how every director at the table thinks, because I’ve done their job with my own hands.
I rebuilt two complete product stacks by hand with LLMs and AI agents — four PWAs and two admin panels, in production, with real users. I don’t understand AI as a trend: I’ve shipped with it, hit its limits, and know where it saves a team months and where it wastes them.
Eight years as the person ultimately accountable for revenue, costs, taxes, cash flow, and profitability. I know what technology has to do for a P&L, because the P&L was mine.
I raised capital from private investors. I know how to build financial projections, defend a plan in front of skeptical people, and report results with transparency — the same skill required to report to a CEO or a board.
I recruited, hired, and led all 15 people on my team: developers, designers, marketers, admin, and accounting. I know what separates a team that executes from one that makes excuses.
I built an organic community of 185K+ people and a content agency that billed $700K USD with corporate clients. I understand digital marketing and persuasion because I’ve made a living from them.
I sold $500K USD in agricultural inputs in 18 months: pricing, suppliers, logistics, and working capital. Not marketplace theory — real commerce.
Live
Everything above is my own claim. This isn’t: three products in production, with real users. Open them and judge for yourself.
The company I founded in 2016: growers, advisors, and agribusiness companies in one place. 15,000+ registered users.
A complete product I built and delivered to a client: on-demand car wash service in Los Mochis, live today.
My personal lab: where I test tools and sharpen judgment on what to build, what to buy, and what isn’t worth the investment.
What it provesThat I translate technology into business decisions, not demos. Open →Designed, built, and shipped by me, with the help of generative AI.
The decision
Because I’ve proven that one person with business judgment and AI leverage can ship what used to take a team — twice: once for my own company, once for a paying client. What I want now is to multiply that inside an organization with real clients, real scale, and clear KPIs, where the challenge isn’t survival but adoption and growth.
Most people talk about AI transformation. I bet my own product on it — and shipped.
And I’m not coming in to improvise: I arrive with the humility of someone who knows that operating inside an organization is a different skill — and the advantage of having sat on the client’s side of every function, because I ran them all.
Fit
Lead AI adoption end to end: pick the use cases that move the P&L, ship them, and measure them.
Own a product with real users and clear KPIs, with the leverage of building alongside AI.
Build new businesses inside the company, with the discipline of someone who has done it with his own money.

Beyond the pitch
I’m 35 and live in Los Mochis, Sinaloa. I’ve been married since 2023 to Adriana, a Principal Product Designer at a multinational company — at home, product design is our everyday dinner-table conversation. Napo and Beni complete the team. This is the work, the family, and the travels that make me who I am.
